Returns Policy
Should any of our products fall below the high standards we expect please return them within 28 days with your receipt and we will happily refund or exchange them.
Exchange products will be delivered free of charge.

If you simply change your mind we are still happy to refund or exchange your products provided they are returned with the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories.

Please ensure you enclose a copy of your original invoice and either send your item to the address below using registered post or bring in person to our store.

Please note costs incurred for returning items must be paid for by yourself and refunds can only be made using the same method as payment.

Please ensure to bring the card used for payment if returning in person or enclose your telephone number if returning by post. Upon receipt of goods you will be contacted so we may process your refund.
